The client required a satellite education facility to allow it to deliver a range of adult education / further education services to the population of Cradley Heath and the surrounding area.
Having been appointed via the College’s new professional services framework, we were engaged to assemble the professional team and manage the entire project through to completion. Following the selection of the main contractor via a competitive 2 stage tender through the Pagabo Framework, Tandem will administer the contract and manage the interface between the principal contractor and the College / Client team.
