Powersprays

Power-Sprays is an innovative and exciting business of two distinct parts.  Firstly, they are a world-renowned manufacturer of specialist spray concrete machines.  Secondly, they are a worldwide distributor and exporter of glass fibre for use within GRC concrete of various applications.

As a business the management team felt there were innovative improvements that could be made to their business, systems and how they modernised the way forward for the business. Therefore, Power-Sprays asked for us to spend time in their business to gain an insider understanding and then implement improvements

From commencement Tandem immediately became integral to the existing team at Power-Sprays. We set out reviewing and working with the in-house teams to establish improvements that could be made.  This ranged from updating of premises, business cost centres that could be re-geared, manufacturing processes, health and safety, digitisation, quality management and human resource management.
