MTC provides hi-tech, high security “cell” facilities for a number of clients within their overall industrial buildings. This project involved providing a clean room and workshop facilities for a confidential client within their existing building. This includes the construction of the actual secure “cell” together with a high-end fit out including resilient services.
Tandem managed the procurement of the design team, the design process, contractor procurement and construction of this fit out.
