The project was to provide a 3-storey building comprising office accommodation, together with an R&D laboratory and light workshop accommodation, potentially including provision for external tenants.

Tandem managed the design and procurement of this modular constructed building, in order to provide the client’s aspirations in as short and economical manner as possible.

Project Challenge	Our Response
At the time, the biggest development the contractor has ever delivered.	We worked closely with the contractor to provide support and expertise in managing the overall project and programme, using their expertise in modular buildings to deliver the overall aspirations of the project.
The client had been poorly advised prior to Tandem’s engagement on matters such as planning, landlord permissions, infrastructure etc.	We had to work quickly in conjunction with managing the progressing project to sort all of the external influences on the project, including managing an infrastructure enabling project alongside the main works.
