Lecturing in Project Management

Something a little different! In addition to our typical project management services to an array of clients, we also do our part in teaching and learning.

Tandem have developed good relationships with a number of Higher Education institutions whereby we provide students with Project Management and industry expertise through lectures and workshops. More specifically, some of the topics we cover include Understanding the Client, Project Scoping, Project Management Plan and Project Delivery.

At Tandem, we all have an inherent love for construction and buildings. However, project management spans far beyond any particular sector or industry. Project Management is something we do in everyday life. It is important that we do our bit in educating those students aspiring to join the world of Project Management.
