I am generally brought to the office to keep overall control of things.  My main role tends to be deciding whether visitors are friend or foe.  The only people I tend to take a dislike to are the delivery drivers that don’t bring dog treats – they are strange people!

A dislike I have about the Tandem team ethic, is that I do not always get a biscuit every time there is a round of teas and coffees made…this feels like a level of discrimination to me.  I may discuss this at my next performance review.

I am the longest servicing member of the Tandem team.  Many of the processes have been developed within my earshot.

On a promotion, some years back now, I progressed from a floor blanket to a cushioned bed.  I knew back then I had made it to a senior level.
